Maple Weddings was the first supplier we booked in for our wedding in September 2020 once we had secured a venue, and what a blessing that turned out to be. While all of our suppliers were fantastic to work with and excelled at their craft; Kristy and her team went the extra mile to make sure that our wedding day ran seamlessly.
When we booked Kristy for our on-the-day coordination we were expecting someone to keep our MC to a schedule, make sure the time-line was kept and help divert any issues that may arise on the day. What we got was so much more and Kristy exceeded all expectations.
Months prior to our date, when covid was wreaking havoc on weddings, Kristy got straight to work offering her help despite her own livelihood changing by the day as events were being cancelled. She offered to liaise with our large team of suppliers and helped us find a suitable alternative back-up wedding day in 2021 which was so reassuring. She continued to coordinate with all of our suppliers, navigating the changing rules and restrictions and adapting our wedding to be covid-safe but still totally fun and awesome which meant that we didn’t have to!
Our wedding day ran so perfectly and smoothly and was the best day of our lives. We know that at least in-part we have Kristy to thank for that. Kristy and Naomi coordinated our ceremony music, filmed and streamed it to our inter-state and international guests and moved florals hundreds of meters to be enjoyed at the reception. She collected wedding gifts and cards, ensured the reception ran to schedule without being pushy, and all with a smile on her face.
