Our Sunshine Coast Wedding Package is designed for couples who want an elegant, stress-free celebration with up to 20 guests, ensuring you can cherish every special moment without the overwhelm.

✔ On-site coordination for 4.5 hours on your wedding day

✔ Comprehensive support leading up to your wedding
On-the-Day Coordination Inclusions:
🔹 Intensive support starting 8 weeks prior to your wedding
🔹 Unlimited email & phone support throughout planning
🔹 Supplier recommendations & communication (up to 7 suppliers)
🔹 Creation of a detailed order of events/run sheet
🔹 On-site supplier coordination (bump-in/bump-out assistance)
🔹 Liaising with vendors throughout the event

Half-Day Wedding Coordination Package
Seamless Support for a Stress-Free Celebration
If you’re getting married at a registered/licensed venue and want expert coordination without needing full-day assistance, our Half-Day On-the-Day Coordination Package is perfect for you! This package provides the same level of professional planning and execution as our Full-Day Coordination but is tailored for couples who only require support for the first part of their wedding day.
We’ll be on-site for up to 7 hours, arriving a few hours before your ceremony to ensure everything is set up smoothly. Our team will coordinate suppliers, manage any last-minute details, and assist guests during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Once your reception begins, your MC or chosen contact person will take over to guide the rest of the evening.
What’s Included:

🔹 Comprehensive support starting 8 weeks prior to your wedding
🔹 Unlimited email & phone support during planning
🔹 Access to a curated supplier list with key contacts
🔹 Pre-wedding coordination with all suppliers

🔹 Assistance with MC notes if required
🔹 On-the-day supplier coordination (bump-in & bump-out procedures)
🔹 Seamless setup management for both ceremony & reception
🔹 Dedicated on-site coordination for up to 7 hours
💰 Investment: For regular venues (being- The Old Dairy Maleny, Goodwater Ridge Maleny, Maleny Orchard) $1600
All other venues/locations- $2000
⏳ Additional hours available at a flat hourly rate.
📍 Only available for weddings at registered/licensed venues (not private properties). Please check with your venue that they will allow a half day coordinator as some venues do request a full day.

Complete Wedding Day Management – Stress-Free & Seamless
Our All-Day On-the-Day Coordination Package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a dedicated team to handle every detail on the day—ensuring everything runs smoothly while you, your family, and friends relax and enjoy the celebration.
We work closely with you in the lead-up to your wedding, understanding your vision, style, and expectations. On the day, our expert team will be there from start to finish, overseeing every aspect of the event—from supplier arrivals and ceremony coordination to reception formalities and final pack-down.
