SUNSHINE COAST WEDDING PACKAGES

This package is tailored for those getting married at a registered/licensed venue. If you would like a stress-free wedding, however, don’t need help all day, then this is the package for you! Our ‘Half Day’ On the Day Coordination Package is tailored to help those couples who would like the service that the full day on the day coordination package offers but do not require the services of Maple Weddings and Events into the later part of the day.

This package offers precisely what our full day-on-the-day coordination package offers however, our services on site on the day are for no more than 7 hours. We advise that our team arrives a few hours before the ceremony to ensure all suppliers are in place and everything is ready to go for the ceremony. We have time to alleviate any hiccups that may occur on the day. We can then assist after the ceremony, during photos and helping guests to the canapes (or the in-between ceremony and reception stage). Generally, we leave just prior to everyone heading into the reception then the MC would take over any proceedings or a contact point of your choosing.

***Please note any extra hours we are required on site after the 7 hours will incur a flat hourly rate fee.

On the day wedding coordination inclusions:
– One face to face meeting at a convenient location (often we meet on site)
– Intensive support 8 weeks from the wedding
– Email and phone support throughout the wedding planning process
– Supply a comprehensive supplier list with names and contacts to help with your wedding planning
– Converse with all suppliers prior to the day
– Supply the order of events/run sheet for the day
– MC notes if the MC would like our help
– We meet with the suppliers on the day to show them bump in and out procedures
– Liaise with suppliers throughout the day for set up of both ceremony and reception
– Maple Staff will be on site a maximum 7 hours otherwise fees will be charged
– Follow Up with Bride and Groom after the wedding day

Investment – $2750 (Plus GST)

Our ‘All Day’ On the Day Coordination Wedding Package is just that – we coordinate the entire day for you! This will take away the stress from family, friends and yourself to enjoy the day. We are your go to team.
For many they enjoy the wedding planning journey and really want to be involved and do all the pre organising by booking suppliers and planning how the day will unfold. For us to coordinate your day we like to meet with you prior to your wedding day to understand your vision, style and needs so we get it right for you all on the day.

This package sees your wedding planner on site for an average of 13-16 hours! Plus, all the preparation before hand to ensure the day runs smoothly.

We can spend up to 30+ hours on this package and you will often see 2-3 Maple staff members on your wedding day.
