Tiffany's Maleny Package
Tiffany’s Maleny have partnered with Maple Weddings and Events to offer dry hire to couples for Monday and Tuesday weddings.
These weddings will be under the banner of Maple Weddings and Events NOT Tiffany’s Maleny.
Please note the package is based on min 40 guestswith a limit of 70 guests. If you have more than 70 guests please enquire within.

Venue Inclusions
- Exclusive use of the venue
- 8-hour wedding package (arrival of guests is
- 30mins prior to ceremony with finish time at
10pm) - Use of the chapel for ceremony or the gazebo
garden area – both areas will be equipped with
seating, signing table and a floral arrangement
(which can then be used later for reception) - Use of reception space with deck overlooking Glass House Mountains
- White Tiffany’s chairs or Oak Crossbacks for
reception space - Tables for reception space- rectangle or circle
Café Tables with chairs for outside area
(during canapes) - Wine barrels outside
- Gas heaters outside
- Multimedia PA System
- Fireplace inside reception space
- 2 bar staff for the duration of the event
- Mobile Bar – Reception and canapes
- Access to kitchen area for catering team
- Cleaning & rubbish removal
Your Host | Maple Weddings & Events
- As the host Maple will undertake all administrative duties not
‘Tiffany’s Maleny’ - One face to face meeting at a convenient location (often we meet on
site) - Intensive support 8 weeks from the wedding
- Email and phone support throughout the wedding planning process
- Supply a comprehensive supplier list with names and contacts to
help with your wedding planning - Converse with all suppliers prior to the day
- Supply the order of events/run sheet for the day
- MC notes if the MC would like our help
- We meet with the suppliers on the day to show them bump in and
out procedures - Liaise with suppliers throughout the day for set up of both ceremony
and reception - Maple Staff will be on site the duration of the event
- Follow Up with Bride and Groom after the wedding day
Blooms
Courtney from Fiesta Flora will be your floral designer.
The value of florals in the package is based on a $3500 minimum. This may include your bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony florals, reception centrepieces.
Additional florals are available as well as any hanging installations for the reception space. This can be discussed with Courtney at time of consultation.
This price is available for packages of any number of people however please note that the more guests you have the more centrepieces you may require therefore there could be additional costs incurred. The price may increase given the number of bridal party members and bouquets required.
Fiesta Flora and Maple Weddings will work together with you to design a concept for your styling and florals.
Should Fiesta Flora not be available an alternate florist will step in.
Styling
Maple Weddings & Events will work in conjunction with
Fiesta Flora to design a beautiful and unique concept just for you.
Styling will include the following from Maple Weddings very own catalogue of hire items.
- Tablecloths
- Linen Napkins
- Dinner candles with glass taper and sleeve
- Tealight candles
- Contemporary Glassware- champagne, wine, and water/spirit glasses
- Concept and layout design
*Plates & Cutlery provided by your catering team or use of Weddings at Tiffany’s.
Bespoke styling is available as well as any additional styling. Available on request.
Stationery is available as an extra option. Please ask for a price guide.
Bar Package
Tiffany’s Maleny is a licenced venue therefore will supply 2 bar staff for up to 70 guests with the standard package. Extra guests or service may incur extra staff costs.
The 2 staff members will serve from the mobile bar duringcanapes in the garden area.
During the reception the bar staff will be available from the mobile bar on the deck however if you wish for table service during dinner this will be available.
The bar package is for the standard package only. Should you wish to add on optional extras such as spirits and/or cocktails there will be an additional per head cost and may entail extra staffing costs.
A cash bar is available as an option with Eftpos being available to purchase drinks. Please advise if you wish to use this option.
A bar tab is also available, you can select the dollar value you wish to apply and the times for service. After these times and/or dollar value a cash bar for guests will become available.
Investment- $25.00 per person for the first 2 hours (Minimum 2-hourrequirement when choosing beverage package) $10.00 per person for each hour thereafter.
Catering
As the event is held under a ‘dry hire service’ you have the option to choose your catering team from the following businesses. This will be dependent on their availability for your chosen date.
Each caterer offers something unique so it will depend on what your taste buds like!
Each catering team can provide canapés whether it is a grazing table or small bite size parcels.

Price
The value of the package is from
40 pax- $16,150
50 pax – $16,800
60 pax – $17,450
70 pax- $18,100
Adding on your catering will determine your overall price
as this will depend on which catering team you opt to choose.
Information
Each supplier will send their own T&C’s as each business has their own terms.
All invoicing will be done through Maple Weddings andEvents. All initial payments will be passed on to each supplier to secure them for your date.
Weddings will be capped at 70 pax. Weddings over 70pax will need to incorporate a bus for guests into theirpricing as this is part of Tiffany’s Maleny T&C’s andcompliance with council. We can offer recommendations on bus companies should you require this service.
