Fortunately Jordy and Cam are locals from the Sunshine Coast, with the majority of family and friends also from the area. During these uncertain Covid times they were still able to have 120 guests attend their Sunshine Coast hinterland wedding. Jordy and Cam chose Mapleton Hall as their Sunshine Coast wedding venue, based on the Sunshine Coast hinterland. They both had a vision of it all being outside under lots of fairy lights and everyone relaxing and mingling in the great outdoors. Unfortunately the week of the wedding saw tumultuous showers of rain including on their wedding day so their vision quickly changed! Thankfully Tipi Luxe were available and erected the gorgeous Tipi to tie in with the Sunshine Coast hinterland vibes. Still to this day Jordy and Cam have said they wouldn’t change anything. It was a perfect hinterland wedding with all their family and friends even in the pouring rain. They both embraced the rain and in fact made for some beautiful photos and memories for a lifetime. Jordy was so humble and resided to the fact her dress was going to get wet and muddy. By the end of the night it really was quite literally mud and was super heavy to be wearing but she said it was just perfect. They both sure made the best out of their day celebrating their love for one another and sharing it with their little girl Elsie.
